The 03 series, manufactured to work both with perchloroethylene and with III-A Class solvents, such as Green Earth or hydrocarbon, has gained a big success among our Distributors and Clients especially thanks to the fast drying phase.
The drying chamber has been planned and realized to convey into the basket a big airflow that, thanks to a specially designed fridge unit, can remove all remaining solvent from the garments with extreme rapidity and also avoiding being aggressive
Very important to point out is the fact that either the drying tunnel and the fridge unit are totally sectional to facilitate, in case of necessity, the maintenance operations.

All Realstar machines of latest generation are now fitted with the new microprocessor “D601” which allows the operator to check very easily all machine functions and which allows to modify all parameters of the washing or drying phase during all different steps of the cycle (solvent temperature, washing speed, extract speed, drying temperature, a.s.o.)
In addition the new software has the possibility to dialog in many different languages, thus increasing the easiness of use

Realstar perchloroethylene machines are available in the “Ecological “ version which includes: Air Clean System, system with built-in active and self-regenerating active carbon to drastically reduce the solvent emissions in the environment, Still Suction, drying of the still through the drying chamber, Still Pump and Rake, automatic pump to drain the still residues with rake to make easier the expulsion, Second Water Separator for a further separation of the contact water.

Thanks to our experience and to the continuous laboratory tests we have realized a new system to prevent the presence of bacteria inside the machines working with Green Earth or hydrocarbon solvents (we know very well that the bacteria strongly penalize the performances of the machines and the quality of the processed garments)
